Gary Martin should have been offered Matt Centrowitz's place in the starting list so he & Sahlman could've gone head to head in an elite field. Hell, they could've had Hobbs Kessler in there as well to have the 3 US under 19 phenoms going at it. Would've been a cool sub race within the race imo

I really like the back and forth between Jakob and Cooper. I know it’s all in good fun, but it’s good for the sport. Need more of it.

If he isn't beaten by the Kenyan, Ugandan or Ethiopian, the Norwegian might make me a believer. But to me Ingerbritsen is a one-trick pony. He will be gone from the running scene either through burnout, attrition, or injury.
