This is why Florence retired in her p rime because she new they were tightening the rules and testing more and she would not be able to keep her form without PED's. So Elaine is in fact the fastest woman of all time because her time is without PED's.
Thompson'-Herahs time is quite probably the fastest ever PED-free 100m. Too many women's world records from the 80s are still on the books for performances then not to have been dope-assisted.

ETH was freaking amazing. She gets a ShellyAnn start and yes she can break the record. FloJo was the same way. An ok starter but that finish was insane so it always came to the start. She had her best start ever in the 88 trials and that popped the record. Elaine has the best odds of breaking the record. ShellyAnn – dont think so as she already has the best start in history and is going all out so she doesnt have as much room for improvement. Im calling it here. Next year worlds at Eugene – If we get a good legal wind, a great start, and all the conditions click.. ETH goes 10.47 and shellyAnne just breaks 10.59 then rides off into retirement. The joker in the deck is the african girl in the 200M at Tokyo – worst start in history but then runs down ShellyAnn and Gabby? Now she does have elevated testosterone but not her fault. Born that way. Not sure how that will play out but that second half of the 200m she must have run a WR 100M for the second half to catch Gabby/ShellyAnn. As for Richardson – she should not have run. Insane. Fire the handlers. You dont stop racing for well over a month after peaking then go against the top who were still in peak form. A no win situation. After doing more research into the 88 Olympics qualifying in Indianapolis there is some very strong evidence that quarterfinal heat Flo Jo ran that 10.49 was wind aided somewhere around 5ms, I'm more inclined to believe the world record was the 10.61 she ran in the finals that day and we just seen the new women's 100m record at 10.54.
Once Elaine gets to her top speed halfway in the race forget it …
