So slow…
Even at the end of a 400 Elaine's technique remains solid. That's telling.
no need for stale news
Well, she is not Irena Szewinska, Poland (11,13-22,21-49,28)
Srabani Nanda was the star of this race
Elaine: I don't see the purpose to this race. Kindly do not break anything before Tokyo. I need you in fine form.
Elaine I love the leg turnover
Nice Elaine
Just do your thing lovely run
Why is she running 400m?
Even though it's just a training run, how can a former Olympic gold medallist at 200m only be running 56?!! That is so slow that I don't really know what to say. It's one thing to work on speed endurance but you have to be running a bit faster than this to do it, unless you are running repeats, not a single race.
Elaine needs two more 400 under her belt before the full short sprint training kicks in
India 4×400 is going to be sick mark my words
Makes you wonder why they consider the fastest runner in the world the athlete who wins the 100 meters when the 400 meters is the longest sprint race?
Nanda should really stick to the 400 because i can see something
Congrats srabani…….. India's hope
Good run Elaine the endurance will pay off in those last 30 meters in the 100ms and 200ms
Very smart move
And congratulations Nanda
Elaine could have blast the first 200m and let her momentum carry her to a faster time than she ran here.
Nanda should DEFINITELY consider switching to the 400m!
