The key to a fast run in track is to not run with ones hands balled up in a fist. That helps one stay relaxed throughout the race.

Abbey's flat speed in the 100 metres is incredible. Is there any athlete that can match it? Once she improves on her starts and manages to keep up with the best up to the 50 metre line then her flat speed over the next 50 metres will make her unbeatable. I truly believe she has it in her to break the world record in both sprinting events.

Abby is good. She is thought to be the one to beat. However, I am reminded that Sha'carri Richardson beat her about 6 mos ago, when Sha'carri was far from tip-top condition and from where she is now. With that being said, I do not share the same opinion. But, she is good though.
