It was a close one in the men’s long jump as Tennessee’s Wayne Pinnock and Florida State’s Jeremiah Davis tied, both jumping 26-3 at the 2022 NCAA outdoor track and field championships. Pinnock won via tiebreaker, having the best second score. Watch the long jump recap here.

What’s crazy to me is a 14 year old 8th grader from Illinois just jumped 22-3.25
Teammate? This is not a team sport 😅

Matthew Boling would have literally gotten the gold medal here if he did long jump.
I don't know about that. Boling came in 2nd in 100-meter final and he's just a sophomore.
Well done Pinnock…..future Olympian for Jamaica.
my best in high school long jump was 5.5m
why not using metric system
GBO
If Tennessee had a first and fourth, how many points would that be? 15?
Big up, Wayne
THIS was the event that Boling should be putting his time and energy into… I don't think the 100m or 200m events are gonna take too far but the LJ could. He's a 27 ft jumper… or 8.27m. But what do I know…
Only two people jumping 8 metres. This is shockingly bad for NCAA D1 athletes. Isn't the collegiate record like 8.70?
Yes Wayne
