  2. I looked at your top three and couldn't find any names I didn't agree with………..lol. I'm simply excited to see the actual order manifest this weekend. I must say I had to find out what was up with Micah Williams because he would have been my pick for the men's 60m dash. I'm very excited and can hardly wait to see your recap when you give. Thanks for all you do in bringing us great content.

  3. Looking forward to the Men's 200m, 400m, and Women's 400m races. I think Jacory Patterson will sneak in for the win in the 200m. Robinson is extremely loyal to the coaching staff at Arizona St; i am surprised that he did not transfer to 400m U(Florida), Arkansas, or Tennessee.

  4. Great Preview.
I always look forward to the upsets. I remember melissa Jefferson…
But definitely the best start to track season. Too many records gone before we had time to settle in.

  5. I'm not going to pick all of the sprints, but I'm going Nugent over Russell. I like the hunter instead of the hunted in this one. Nugent was RIGHT there at SECs. I'm going Jacory Patterson over Godwin in the 400m. Rashidat over Diggs. Great preview video!

  6. The men’s and women’s 200m are both equally stacked. My money is on Ofili for the women’s and Jacory Patterson for the men’s. But both will need perfect races to win

  7. My Top 3 Picks
    Women's 60m – 1st (Julien Alfred), 2nd (Kiara Grant), 3rd (Samirah Moody)
Notes: Alfred has this in the bag, Grant looked good at ACC's, Moody finished regular season strong

    Women's 200m – 1st (Julien Alfred), 2nd (Favour Ofili), 3rd (McKenzie Long)
Notes: I think Alfred gets the double, Ofili makes it close, Long looked strong at SEC's

    Women's 400m – 1st (Talitha Diggs), 2nd (Rhasidat Adeleke), 3rd (Rosey Effiong)
Notes: I think Diggs will run sub 50 seconds! Also, I think Arkansas will get 4 in the top 8

    Women's 60mH – 1st (Masai Russell), 2nd (Ackera Nugent), 3rd (Charisma Taylor)
Notes: SEC is king in hurdles, top 3 in SEC = top 3 in NCAA

    Men's 60m – 1st (Ismael Kone), 2nd (Favour Ashe), 3rd (JuVaughn Moore)
Notes: I don't believe in the Terrance Jones hype, Kone has been consistent all year

    Men's 200m – 1st (Cameron Miller), 2nd (Jacory Patterson), 3rd (Matt Boling)
Notes: Cameron Miller has run sub 20.33 in 3 straight races, can't count out Boling tho

    Men's 400m – 1st (Elijah Godwin), 2nd (Ryan Willie), 3rd (Christopher Bailey)
Notes: Predict Godwin PR's but he's not Norman level yet. My guess is 44.64

    Men's 60mH – 1st (Omotade Ojora), 2nd (Caleb Dean), 3rd (Giano Roberts)
Notes: Flip of a coin for the first two guys, going with ACC champ for 3rd

  8. Both Samirah Moody (7.07) & McKenzie Long (22.67) seem to have come into form at just the right time, and with no Rhasidat (22.59) & Talitha (22.61) in the 200m, I'm going for McKenzie over Flannel (23.03 SB) who really hasn't looked as good since the '21 season! Hope Ofili & Alfred can push each other close to that 22.09 NCAA Record; same with Rhasidat, Talitha, Britton & Amber Anning in the 400m! Women's 800m between Roisin Willis, Michaela Rose & Juliette Whittaker will be a lot of fun!
