In 26 minutes, Jones shot 7-of-12 overall and connected on 4-of-7 from three-point range.
On the season, he’s averaging 15.7 points and 7.3 rebounds while shooting 42.1 percent overall and 52.6 percent from long distance.
The Tigers (3-0) are back in action Wednesday when they open up play in Nassau, Bahamas against Michigan in the Battle 4 Atlantis during Feast Week. The game with the Wolverines is set for a 4 p.m. CT tip on ESPN2.
