Arkansas men, LSU women win 2024 SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships


Arkansas won the men’s 2024 SEC outdoor track and field championship, taking home the team title for the fourth straight year. LSU won the women’s 2024 SEC outdoor track and field championship, taking home the team title for the first time since 2012.

The 2024 SEC men’s and women’s outdoor track and field championships were held at James G. Pressly Stadium at Percy Beard Track in Gainesville, Florida.

Arkansas won the 2024 men’s title with 110 points, outscoring with 104 points in second place. LSU won the 2024 women’s title with 126 points, outscoring Arkansas with 110 points in second place.

SEC outdoor track championships: Team title history

Here are the past SEC outdoor track and field team champions, updated with the 2024 titles. Arkansas swept the 2023 men’s and women’s outdoor championships.

Tennessee has won the most men’s SEC titles at 25, followed by Arkansas and LSU at 23 and 20, respectively. The other schools to win a men’s title are: Florida (6), Auburn (4), Alabama (3), Georgia Tech (3), Texas A&M (2), Mississippi State (1) and Georgia (1).

LSU has won the most women’s SEC titles at 14, followed by Arkansas and Florida at 10 and seven, respectively. The other schools to win a women’s title are: Tennessee (4), (3), Alabama (2), Georgia (2) and Texas A&M (1).
