BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Minnesota State senior sprinter Eilika Lane (Kingston, Jamaica) earned Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Women’s Track Athlete of the Week on Tuesday (Apr. 9) for week two.
She ran the 400m hurdles in 1:00.68 at the USD Early Bird last week and earned a spot on the MSU all-time top performances list at second overall.
Lane’s provisional time ranks sixth in NCAA Division II this season.
In week one, MSU senior Denisha Cartwright was also named NSIC Track Athlete of the Week.
