Regardless of location, if you are putting the 400 greatest basketball players in the WORLD into a league and they are playing for a championship that in fact is a type of World championship… I understand not calling it a world championship because these teams represent cities in North America, but come on, for all intensive purposes this is the basketball peak of championships
