Lavia can't wait to see you break 50.3 in trials and run a sub 50 in olympics. With the improvement you have shown this year it is possible. Hi, I am writing this from my dad's phone 😂 and I love your channel and watch it almost every day. We live in South africa. I just want to ask when you guys are coming to South africa again, most likely for training.
It was maybe the salmon that made you sick at pratice.
I can remember doing a hard 400 m session in a school contest and i was feeling so sick after the day of the school competition ,i beat the best 400 metres runner in our year in borrowed spikes . because i couldn't afford many things .and he was a club runner running for his county ,but my session with my school PE teacher. Even thought i didn't like training.he saw something in me and believed that I would get quicker as you two are getting this year i hope you run under 50 secs for 400 m and 54 secs , for 400 m handles and both reach finals in Paris Olympics games. good luck over the next few months
