TRACK AND FIELD NEEDS MORE RG3 COMMENTARY!! AWESOME Job!!! I loved the commentary and the demonstration. US Track and field commentary has been bland at best. RG3 needs to be commentating more meets. Period
He is still the state record holder in Texas in the 300 meter hurdles..35.31 ?..Still the 2nd fastest prep time ever. He also got 3rd in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA meet his freshman year at Baylor..He never ran anymore after that, strictly football

I don't know a lot of people were wondering about about some of his statements,. One he described a 400 m racer as needing to and I quote" run like the cops are chasing you" does he have experience in this off field event?+ Another controversial statement was he claimed Matthew bowling is the Eminem of track and field,, it's well known Matthew bowling likes reggae music not rap music,,, LMAO! there was a third sleep of the lip but I will refrain from mentioning it because it's very controversial
In AAU RG3 ran for a track club called 5 Hills. I was a younger guy and I had just won my first AAU national championship, but me and all my teammates were like "Look at 5 Hills!" That's what we called him but that's what the announcer kept saying he was ridiculous!
At one point in time, he had the best 300mh time that was .01 sec off the national record.
