They never get a reply from Nick who owns the property. Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. Home away asked me to film and take photos of everything so I did . I documented everything. The way we were treated. We were lied too you'd had complaints before from 2016 and did nothing. I've been in touch with them people and they've given me statements. Not once have you personally said sorry for ruining our holiday. Customers service is everything, you don't ignore someone hoping they will go away because we won't. You should be deeply ashamed of yourself.
