On Friday, events will begin at 2 p.m. and track events start at 2:30 p.m. Events will begin at noon on Saturday. Live and live results will be available for those unable to attend.

St. Olaf’s teams are both coming off runner-up finishes at the MIAC Outdoor Championships last year, with the men’s team doing so for the second season in a row and the women’s team moving up one spot from its third-place showing in 2022. The Ole women were ranked first in the conference in this week’s U.S. and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) TFRI, while the men came in third.

On the men’s side, St. Olaf carries nine top-two seeds into the meet, led by senior Will Kelly, who is the top seed in both the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:52.99) and the 5,000-meter run (14:20.34). Kelly is the reigning conference champion in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and was the runner-up in the event in 2022. The Oles have five of the top-seven seeds in the steeplechase, including sophomore Ignatius Fitzgerald (2nd, 9:00.16) and senior Anders Cote (3rd, 9:23.69), who slot in right behind Kelly. Cote earned All-MIAC honors in the event with a third-place performance last season.

Senior David Lynn owns the top seed in the 10,000-meter run (30:03.38), while junior Andrew Skemp is second (30:08.43) and is a two-time All-MIAC performer in the event (2nd in 2023, 3rd in 2022). Sophomore Kevin Turlington is the No. 2 seed in the 5,000-meter run (14:28.03) behind Kelly, while sophomore Lance Nemecek is the No. 3 seed in the 800-meter run (1:54.48). First year Max Albertson also holds the No. 3 seed in the jump (6.73m) after finishing fourth indoors in the event.

On the women’s side, St. Olaf has four top-three seeds entering the meet, led by first year Mara Larson, who holds the joint-highest clearance in the conference in the high jump (1.60m). Sophomore Isabel Wyatt is the No. 3 seed in the 800-meter run (2:13.00) as one of three Oles with a top-three seed on the track. Junior Alison Bode is seeded third in the 10,000-meter run (35:34.19) and has finished in the top four in the event in each of the last two seasons. Sophomore Grace Moeller is the No. 3 seed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:31.20) and was fourth in the event last year.
