I thought some thing was wronge that is a relatively minor procedure ,it can happen to anyone football players get them all the time I hope she gets it taken care of soon so she can get to the Olimpics in her best form. ( I wish I could coach her start .longer step ,drive of th back foot .) BDO

She peaked in college, and she should be furthur ahead than she is, elite sprinter turn pro @19-20years old. They only run 1 or 2 years in college if that long. Steiner ran 4 years thats why records in track are not impossible to break. Top Sprinters at her age are normally much further along than she is.her and richardson are the same age and Richardson has already qualified for olympics in 2021 while steiner was still running college meets. Shelly Pryce had already won gold at the olymoics and world championships at age 21. Steiner will be 24 in the 2024 season and only has 1 year in as a pro

She wasnt injured. It was just time for her to face the big dawgs and she couldnt avoid it. During the regular season you can cherry pick your meets. At the end of the seasonits mandatory to participate in order to move foreward. Thats when they came up with the injury thing. Same thing will happen in 24, she will cherry puck meets where the competition is weak all year and then when its time to qualify for worlds or olympics thats when the injury or something will come up. Actually i dont even think she will attempt to qualify in the 100m. And in the 200m 22s isnt going to cut it. The big dawgs are running 21s all day

Bone spurs are what complicated Larry Bird's life and added to his early career end… and of course his back as well. Don't know where he found the courage to play so long whilst so hurt.

Just confirmed what someone commented……21.77 is the 18th fastest time ever for 200m and 10.90 is the 63rd. So, I am confused…what are you all celebrating in such a way? usa can be a nasty place for anything…and when there is such an overload of talent from one "side" and the other "side" has a star in the making…oh, they make sure they take care of that star, pamper her, excuse her, build her up, stick her down your throat….but "life" just happens for everyone.
