High school track athlete charged after opponent hit with baton

A Virginia high school track athlete is facing a misdemeanor charge after a viral video appears to show her hit her competitor in the head with a baton. The competitor, who was from a different high school, says she was diagnosed with a concussion and possible skull fracture.
